We invite you to enjoy our house, which we want you to feel like yours during your stay. The name honors its first owner: our grandmother Serapia, who dedicated a large part of her life to caring for this farm. You will be able to see all her effort, commitment and care in the environment that surrounds the house, which we have tried to maintain over time with the care of her olive trees and other fruit trees. It is precisely this philosophy that we want to convey to guests during their stay.

WHAT CAN YOU FIND IN OUR HOUSE?
The house allows a maximum occupancy of eight people. It has three cozy bedrooms, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a terrace with a private pool to enjoy the sun with a barbecue, wood-burning oven, toilet and rest area.
We put at your disposal a washing machine, travel cot and high chair so that you do not miss anything. In any case, you can always contact us for any request prior to your arrival, we will do our best to attend to it.
Each of the rooms has been designed under the premise of creating unique moments that invite you to meet and connect both with yourself and with your companions. Lose yourself in your favorite book in our reading area with a wing chair, wait for coffee at the kitchen bar while you discover a recipe for traditional Canarian desserts and enjoy the best sunsets on our terrace with a good glass of wine while you chat sitting in the the edge of the saltwater pool.
